I am the owner of this original work and am submitting same for review. While I understand that I retain all rights to ownership of the work, I hereby give Kid Filmmakers and the Flying Popcorn! International Children's Film Festival permission to feature, advertise, display, in whole or in part, the work titled and described above. Should my entry be accepted by the festival jury, I understand that it may be presented with other accepted films as a traveling film festival program, which will be made available to international venues, beginning April 2006. Upon notification, I shall submit a DV or mini-DV version of my film to Kid Filmmakers for the purposes of creating a festival DVD. I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kid Filmmakers and the organizers of the Flying Popcorn! International Children's Film Festival from and against all claims, complaints, causes of action, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or in connection with any and all claims and/or third party claims based on materials I am submitting to the Flying Popcorn! International Children's Film Festival. I understand that the organizers of this festival cannot be held responsible for the accidental damage or loss of any material submitted. I further understand that my entry is valid only upon completion of the following conditions: (1) receipt of a copy of the work and this completed signed form, (2) the processing of the entry fee (if applicable) by the festival organization, (3) the film synopsis, director's filmography and film production photos (if available) and (4) when the work is found to be original and owned by me or those I represent.
