Registration

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: To register, please print and mail the REGISTRATION FORM--front page (PDF format) and REGISTRATION FORM--back page (PDF format) and send with check or money order to: Kid Filmmakers, P.O. Box 12, Newport, RI 02840. Should you wish to pay by credit card via PayPal, please click the appropriate category below. For this convenience, a service fee will be charged. (You must still print and mail the registration form and medical form to Kid Filmmakers.)

TELEPHONE REGISTRATIONS: Spaces may be reserved with a credit card by telephone at 401-294-4922 or 1-800-459-4922. However, you must still print and mail the registration form and medical form to Kid Filmmakers.

CONFIRMATION LETTERS: Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation letter via snail mail. Should you not receive your letter within 3 weeks of registration via phone, mail or snail mail, call us at 401-294-4922 or 1-800-459-4922.

WAITING LISTS: In the event a program has reached its maximum capacity, a waiting list will be created. In some cases, an additional program will be scheduled by the facility.

FINANCIAL AID: Kid Filmmakers is pleased to offer partial and full scholarships to deserving recipients. Partial scholarships are designed to cover the difference between what a family can pay and the actual fee. Applications for scholarships will be processed on a first-come, first served basis until funds are depleted. Only one scholarship per family is available. Please note that applications or registrations that are incomplete or lack the partial payment cannot be processed. (See scholarship application.)  All awards are confidential.
