Film should include at least two behind-the-scenes aspects of filmmaking, i.e. acting, directing, screenwriting, camera, sound, costuming, makeup, special effects, editing, etc. Since this is a showcase, don't be afraid to experiment with different genres or techniques to show your stuff!

Rights and Permission: Entrants are responsible for obtaining all required releases (talent, location) and proof of permission (songs, music, words, images, etc.) Should entry be accepted by the Kid Filmmakers jury, entrants give permission to Kid Filmmakers to include their work in The Movie Diaries DVD (which will be distributed to international venues in 2008) and no monetary compensation nor royalties shall be awarded.
